		<description>USAToday is reporting that consumer confidence has actually now fallen to a 16 year low, because inflation continues to sap consumer confidence and expectations for the future nationally are not high.  I work in the mortgage industry and I don't see any relief for at least 6 months, or until new administration takes office. Thanks for the market update as we are living in scary times. :(</description>
